Frequently Asked Questions

  • What do I need to bring? Owners only need to provide their horse’s grain. We ask that you bring grain because your horse will burn a tremendous amount of calories while participating in our program. We want to ensure that your horse doesn’t come off their feed, resulting in unwanted weight loss.

  • Will you feed supplement that I provide? YES, feel free to bring supplements/medications and we will be happy to feed those while your horse is with us.

  • Do you blanket horses? We are blessed with good weather at our location and rarely do we blanket our own horses. However, if you would like for your horse to be blanketed when it gets below a certain temperature feel free to send a blanket with your horse. We will happily put it on each day!

  • Do you swim year round? We swim 365 days a year regardless of the temperature. Our pool facility’s temperature is regulated and all horses that swim during the winter months have cool out blankets and are completely dry before exiting the eurociser and returning to their stall.

  • Do you offer turn out? We have individual turn out paddocks and horses are turned out at owners request, weather permitting.

  • What type of hay do you provide? We provide a quality grass mix hay, avaible to the horse 24/7. We also supplement with alfalfa/orchard grass mix.

  • What hours can I drop my horse off? We understand that many people work so we are available for drop offs at your convenience any time or day. We just ask that you give us an approximate time.

  • How deep is your pool? Our pool is 10 foot deep and 80,000 gallons.

  • Do you offer ship in swimming? YES, by appointment. Cost of ship ins is $20/horse, which includes swim, eurociser, scale, solarium, and theraplate.

  • Do you send updates on my horses progress? We send weekly updates on each horse, we video their swim and send you a YouTube link for you to watch and share with friends. If you have any questions during your horse’s stay feel free to contact us.
